Yes, all items intended for food use are made with food safe materials including glazes.

Although all Cyn the Wild wares are considered every-day objects, they are also functional-art and require special care. Here is how to tend to your new piece(s):

Small wares are dishwasher safe– although hand washing is highly recommended for longevity. Large wares should only be hand washed to avoid breakage or chipping in the dishwasher.

Wares are also microwave safe but take care not to overheat the pot to prevent the possibility of thermal shock.

We try our best to ship your order as soon as we can. However, please allow up to 3 working days from purchase for your order to be sent. Once sent shipping usually takes 3-5 working days.

I will absolutely do my best to combine your orders. It all depends on what you ordered, but I always try to consolidate whenever I can. Shipping overages will be given if the items can safely travel together in fewer boxes.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or refunds on products if you’ve changed your mind. However, if there is a problem with your item please do get in touch.

We spend a lot of time packing your order very carefully to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that it arrives damaged, please email cynthewild@gmail.com with attached photos within 48 hrs of arrival and we can replace / refund your item.
